The Whitstable School (usually known simply as TWS) is a Swale Academies Trust School in Whitstable, Kent, southeast England. It was established in 1952 as the Sir William Nottidge School and was known by this name until 1998 when it was changed to The Community College Whitstable then in 2018 it then known as The Whitstable School. There are approximately 850 students in the school aged 11 to 18.
The Whitstable School benefits from state-of-the-art facilities including a large sports hall, a large floodlit 3G pitch, and theatre as well as other sporting and non-sporting facilities. The facilities allow us to provide students with a full range of sporting activities within extra-curricular activities and within the curriculum.
Additionally, the outstanding school facilities are used extensively by the school and local community. We have a diverse portfolio of clubs and activities running every evening and during the weekend.
Facilities include: 3G football pitch, activities room, conference room, dance studio, meeting room, sports hall and stage.
Our lettings are open 7 days a week with closures only during bank holidays and extended opening hours during school holidays. There is ample parking available onsite and our friendly staff are always available to help.
